Ice cubes

1oz pineapple pulp 

0.3oz pineapple sauce 

3.4oz sparkling water 

0.71 oz espresso

0.5oz syrup

Dried pineapple

Directions

  • Brew espresso using your espresso machine.

  • Add pineapple pulp and pineapple sauce.

  • Muddle them together.

  • Add ice cubes to fill the glass to 80%.

  • Add sparkling water and syrup, then stir well.

  • Pour espresso over the mixture.

  • Garnish with dried pineapple.
