Free Shippings for Standard Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after receipt. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, shipment processing will begin the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

What countries do you ship to?

We primarily ship to the U.S., with some specific products also available for delivery to the U.K. and Germany.

How will my delivery be shipped?

Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out CASABREWS products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.

I ordered more than one item. Will they be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Can I cancel the order after the package has been shipped out?

Sorry that we could not recall the package after dispatch. If you do not want the machine, we will send you a return label to ship it back after you receive it. Please note that it will be the customers' responsibility to cover the fee incurred for the return.

Can I change the delivery address of package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?
