1. Are there any requirements for video content?
The video content must be related to coffee and CASABREWS products, adhere to the community guidelines of the platform, and must not do harm to the brand.
2. Can I post the same video on all three platforms? How is the reward calculated?
The same video can be posted on multiple platforms, but views on each platform are calculated separately and cannot be cumulative.
3. Can I continue to receive rewards after I have earned once?
Rewards are only available for videos published within 30 days. If a video has been rewarded, it cannot participate in the next stage of the program.
4. I am already a CASABREWS collaborator. Can I still participate in this program?
Yes, if your video reaches 50k views, you can join this rewards program. Please contact CASABREWS staff directly.
5. How do I get my reward after reaching the view count?
Fill out the form on this page. After the review is approved, we will contact you via email.
6. When will the rewards be paid?
Rewards will be processed on the 15th of each month. Depending on the bank's processing time, it is expected to take 3-5 business days.
7. I have posted videos before and reached the reward threshold. Can I still get rewards?
Only videos posted after September 15, 2024, are eligible for this reward program.
8. Can CASABREWS giveaway videos participate in this rewards program?
No, they cannot.
Fairness Principle: All participants must engage in the event honestly and fairly. Cheating methods are strictly prohibited, including but not limited to using fake accounts, malicious vote manipulation, and purchasing fake traffic.
Monitoring Mechanism: CASABREWS will use professional tools and manual reviews to monitor for abnormal behavior. Any suspicious activities will be investigated immediately.
Disqualification: If a participant is found to be in violation of any rules, CASABREWS reserves the right to disqualify them and revoke any rewards already earned, without any form of compensation.
Reporting Violations: Participants are encouraged to report any suspicious behavior. CASABREWS will handle reports confidentially and take all reports seriously.
Final Interpretation: CASABREWS reserves the right to make the final interpretation of the event rules and may adjust the rules as necessary based on actual circumstances.
