30-Day Money-Back Guarantee Policy
At Casabrews, we strive to provide the best possible service to our valued customers. If you want to start a return, you can apply for it on the website or contact us at info@casabrews.com
Terms and conditions of 30-Day Returns:
1.The product must have been purchased directly from www.casabrews.com
2.Item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or the machine is unused.
3.Returns must include all accessories, items must include original packaging.
4.Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.
※The above terms and conditions only apply to espresso machines, coffee makers, grinders, and other machines. Accessories once sold do not support 30-day unconditional returns policy.
Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after delivery. It is not possible to process a refund request for non-quality issues once this 30-day window has passed.
Return Shipping:
For non-quality returns (e.g., change of mind or wrong purchase), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
If the product is found to have a quality issue, Casabrews will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:
2.Our team will review your request and, if eligible, email you a return label.
For quality-related returns, a prepaid label will be provided at Casabrews’ expense.
For non-quality returns, you will need to cover the shipping cost to send the product back.
3.Once our warehouse team confirms receipt of the returned product and meets our return requirements, we will initiate a refund. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method, and you can expect it to reflect in your account within approximately 3 business days.
4.If you used expedited shipping for your purchase, the shipping fee has been charged by the courier company and is non-refundable.
Dead On Arrival (DOA): Product Failure Out of the Box
A CASABREWS appliance is deemed DOA if it displays symptoms of equipment failure, rendering basic operability impossible upon initial use after unboxing.
Should you suspect your product is DOA, please contact CASABREWS within 30 calendar days from the invoice date.
CASABREWS will evaluate the condition of the product to confirm its DOA status and, if necessary, arrange for the return of the DOA product at CASABREWS' expense.
If your Casabrews machine encounters any issues and has been in use for more than 30 days since purchase, rest assured, we provide a 1-year warranty for any Casabrews product. For detailed information, please click on Casabrews Warranty.
