    Terms of Service & Notes

    CASA.Care is CASABREWS’ official extended warranty program. Each machine comes with a 1-year standard warranty, and customers may purchase an additional 2-year plan (total 2 years of coverage) or 3-year plan (total 3 years of coverage) at the time of machine purchase. The extended warranty activates immediately upon purchase and runs concurrently with the factory warranty for seamless protection. CASA.Care users receive exclusive benefits including 24-hour support response, brand-new replacements for small models, no return required, shipping fully covered, and exclusive discount codes for future machine purchases.

    The extended warranty covers functional failures caused by manufacturing defects, accidental damage such as drops, water ingress, or power surges, and malfunctions due to user error like incorrect cleaning or overuse. If in stock, replaceable components such as filters or gaskets are also covered. It does not cover damage from unofficial accessories or supplies, cosmetic wear and tear like scratches or fading, unauthorized repairs or disassembly, or products purchased outside official or authorized channels. Large models including 5700PRO, ULTRA, GENSE, NEUTRON PRO, and 4700GENSE are only covered for manufacturer defects and are not eligible for accidental damage coverage or full replacements.

    Warranty claims are reviewed within 2–3 business days, and eligible small models like CM5418 or 3700 series will be replaced with a brand-new unit of the same model. The faulty machine does not need to be returned, and CASABREWS will cover all shipping costs. No loaner units are provided during this process.

    CASA.Care must be purchased together with the machine, and cannot be bought separately or after the fact. Once the machine is unboxed or used, the warranty becomes active and is non-refundable. The service is non-transferable, and large models are not eligible for full replacements, only for coverage of manufacturing defects. CASABREWS reserves the right to limit or deny claims in the event of abuse or misuse. Warranty coverage cannot be extended beyond 3 years from the original purchase date. A digital certificate will be issued once the plan is successfully activated.

    Customers are responsible for keeping receipts and warranty proof, operating the machine properly according to the user manual, not performing unauthorized repairs, and contacting CASABREWS support promptly if issues occur. They must also ensure contact information is current to enable timely communication and delivery.
