5 oz Cold Brew Coffee

syrup

1 oz Coconut Syrup

syrup

2 oz Coconut Milk Foam or Mousse

syrup

Ice Cubes

syrup

Optional: Toasted Coconut Flakes

Directions


  • Prepare cold brew coffee by steeping coffee grounds in cold water for 12–18 hours, then filter out the grounds.

  • Combine the cold brew with coconut syrup and stir until smooth.

  • Fill a glass with ice cubes.

  • Pour the coconut cold brew mixture into the glass.

  • Prepare thick coconut milk mousse or foam.

  • Spoon mousse over the surface of the cold brew.

  • Sprinkle toasted coconut flakes on top.
