Ingredients

5 oz Cold Brew Coffee

1 oz Coconut Syrup

2 oz Coconut Milk Foam or Mousse

Ice Cubes

Optional: Toasted Coconut Flakes
Directions
Prepare cold brew coffee by steeping coffee grounds in cold water for 12–18 hours, then filter out the grounds.
Combine the cold brew with coconut syrup and stir until smooth.
Fill a glass with ice cubes.
Pour the coconut cold brew mixture into the glass.
Prepare thick coconut milk mousse or foam.
Spoon mousse over the surface of the cold brew.
Sprinkle toasted coconut flakes on top.
