  • Add lavender syrup to the glass, pour in milk, and stir gently until a soft purple base forms.

  • If you prefer it iced, add a handful of ice at this stage to help keep the layers defined.

  • Brew a shot of espresso and let it rest briefly for a smoother pour.

  • Carefully pour the espresso into the glass, letting it run down the inner wall or over a spoon to create a layered effect.

  • Froth a small amount of milk until light and airy, then spoon it over the top.
