12-Month Warranty Policy

CASABREWS offers a comprehensive 12-month quality warranty designed to streamline the process for our customers.

The steps to be adhered to are as follows:

  • Customers are kindly requested to articulate the encountered issue and, if feasible, provide relevant visual documentation illustrating the malfunctioning device. Additionally, proof of purchase, such as an order number or payment screenshot, is necessary for verification purposes.
  • Our engineering team will thoroughly examine the materials submitted by the customer and provide a resolution within one working day.
  • Please follow the advice and guidance offered by our team for the initial troubleshooting of your machine.
  • If, after following our guidance, the machine remains faulty, we will facilitate an exchange or return of the product based on the customer's preferences.
  • In case of a replacement request, the replacement machine will be dispatched within 3-5 working days upon receiving your confirmation. If a refund is preferred, a full refund will be processed within 3 working days.

Casabrews Limited Warranty Terms

Geographical Limitation:

The Casabrews limited warranty is applicable only within the country of purchase. It becomes void if items are transported outside the original country of purchase or if directly shipped from an authorized online purchase to a different country.


Replacement Warranty Duration:

Warranties for all replacements mirror the original defective item's warranty timeframe or extend for 3 months after replacement, whichever duration is longer. Once products have undergone a full refund, warranties on these items become void.


Warranty Claim Validity:

Warranty claims for product defects are valid for 90 days after initiating the warranty claim. Claims cannot be processed beyond the original warranty timeframe or the 90-day warranty claim request period, whichever duration is longer.


Shipping Costs Incurred by the Buyer:

Returning products for reasons other than proven defects.

Warranty claims for items taken outside the original country of purchase.

Costs linked with unauthorized returns, which involve any returns made outside the approved warranty process.

Returning items claimed to have defects but confirmed by CASABREWS quality control to be in working condition.


Not Covered Under Warranty:

Free products.

Lost or stolen products.

Repairs conducted through third parties.

Damage originating from external sources.

Products lacking sufficient proof of purchase.

Items that have exceeded their warranty period.

Issues unrelated to product quality (after 30 days from purchase).

Damage resulting from misuse of products, including but not limited to falls, exposure to extreme temperatures, water damage, and improper device operation.
