Add toasted coconut syrup into the glass, pour in cold milk, and stir lightly until evenly combined into a creamy coconut base.
Add ice if serving iced to keep the drink chilled and maintain a cleaner layering effect.
Pull a fresh espresso shot and let it rest briefly.
Slowly pour the espresso over a spoon or along the cup wall to create a layered gradient.
Top with a thin layer of milk foam and finish with toasted coconut flakes.
