Terms and conditions of 30-Day Unconditional Returns:
Return Process
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service at support@casabrews.com to request a return or exchange, providing your order number.
- Upon receiving your return request, we will promptly email you a prepaid return label. You won't be charged for this service. Simply use the label to package the product and send it back to our warehouse.
- Once our warehouse team confirms receipt of the returned product and meets our return requirements, we will initiate a refund. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method, and you can expect it to reflect in your account within approximately 3 business days.
- If you used expedited shipping for your purchase, the shipping fee has been charged by the courier company and is non-refundable.
Dead On Arrival (DOA): Product Failure Out of the Box
A CASABREWS appliance is deemed DOA if it displays symptoms of equipment failure, rendering basic operability impossible upon initial use after unboxing.
Should you suspect your product is DOA, please contact CASABREWS within 30 calendar days from the invoice date.
CASABREWS will evaluate the condition of the product to confirm its DOA status and, if necessary, arrange for the return of the DOA product at CASABREWS' expense.
