Ingredients


7oz steamed milk

1tbsp chocolate sauce

1–2 pumps peppermint syrup

2 oz of espresso

Whipped cream

1 candy cane

Directions


  •  Add chocolate sauce and peppermint syrup to the bottom of the glass and lightly swirl to combine.

  • Brew espresso and pour it into the glass over the chocolate–peppermint base.

  • Slowly pour steamed milk down the side of the glass to create clean layers.

  • Top the drink with a generous swirl of whipped cream.

  • Hook a candy cane onto the rim and add optional cocoa or chocolate shavings on top.
