0.5 oz  vanilla syrup

1 oz of espresso

5 oz oat milk

Ice cubes

Half an avocado

  • Spread the avocado mixture along the inner wall of the glass.

  • Fill the glass about 70% full with ice cubes.

  • Steam oat milk using the steam wand until lightly frothed and warm.

  • Pour the frothed oat milk into the glass.

    Add vanilla syrup on top of the oat milk.

    Brew one shot of espresso using your espresso machine.

    Slowly pour the espresso over the top to create beautiful layers.
