1 oz of espresso

Iced cubes (as needed)

6.7 oz oat milk

0.5 oz vanilla syrup

Directions
In a glass, add 1–2 tablespoons of vanilla syrup and stir well.
Fill the glass with ice cubes, filling it about 80% full.
Pour oat milk into the glass until nearly full, leaving space.
Brew one shot of espresso using your espresso machine.
Gently pour the freshly brewed espresso into the glass over the milk.
In a separate container, froth a mix of milk, heavy cream, and powdered sugar using the steam wand to create a creamy, thick foam.
Spoon the milk foam on top of the drink.
Finish by sprinkling with crushed almonds for garnish.
