0.5 oz vanilla syrup

  • In a glass, add 1–2 tablespoons of vanilla syrup and stir well.

  • Fill the glass with ice cubes, filling it about 80% full.

  • Pour oat milk into the glass until nearly full, leaving space.

  • Brew one shot of espresso using your espresso machine.

    Gently pour the freshly brewed espresso into the glass over the milk.

    In a separate container, froth a mix of milk, heavy cream, and powdered sugar using the steam wand to create a creamy, thick foam.

    Spoon the milk foam on top of the drink.

    Finish by sprinkling with crushed almonds for garnish.
