Ingredients

0.7 oz strawberry syrup

1 oz of espresso

1 oz splash of heavy cream

6.8 oz milk

Ice cubes

5 g powdered sugar (for whipping cream)

Directions
Add strawberry syrup to the bottom of a glass.
Fill the glass about 70% full with ice cubes.
Pour in milk (leaving space for espresso and foam).
Brew one shot of espresso using your espresso machine.Add the espresso on top for a layered effect.
Using a steam wand, froth milk, heavy cream, and powdered sugar to create a creamy milk foam.
Top the drink with the foam.Garnish with fresh strawberry slices.
