Raspberry Insfused Iced Coffee

The combination of raspberry jam infused into the espresso creates a unique flavor profile. The tartness of the raspberries balances beautifully with the boldness of the espresso, resulting in a harmonious blend of sweet and bitter notes.






1 cup fresh raspberries

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup water

1 shot of espresso

Ice cubes

Soda water


  • Cook raspberries with a small amount of water and sugar in a saucepan, stirring continuously until it thickens into raspberry jam.

  • Filter the raspberry jam through a fine mesh sieve to separate the juice from the pulp.

  • Brew espresso using an espresso machine. Pour the espresso into a glass and add ice cubes to cool it down.

  • Add a small amount of the strained raspberry juice to the glass containing the espresso. Shake to mix.

  • In a clean glass, add a generous amount of ice cubes. Pour in the remaining raspberry juice and top it up with soda water until it covers the ice.

  • Pour the raspberry-infused espresso into the glass with the soda base.

  • Decorate with two fresh raspberries on the rim of the glass.
