2 Shots of Espresso

0.5 oz Lavender Syrup

0.5 oz Vanilla Syrup

5 oz Tonic Water

Ice Cubes
Directions
Add lavender and vanilla syrups to the glass bottom.
Stir gently to mix flavors.
Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Pour tonic water over the ice.
Brew espresso and pour slowly over top.
Serve immediately to maintain the visual layering.
